How It Works

Step 1: Free Consultation & Assessment
We'll meet at Hammer Smith Sports for a complimentary assessment where I evaluate your current abilities, discuss your goals, and show you around the facility. This helps me understand exactly what you need to succeed.

Step 2: Fundamentals Training
Complete fundamentals training sessions with me to learn proper technique, movement patterns, and build your foundation. The number of sessions depends on your experience level and needs—typically 10-15 sessions for beginners, or 5-10 sessions for high school/college athletes with training experience. You can choose individual or small group sessions:

  • 1-on-1 Training: $75 per session

  • 1-on-2 Training: $60 per person, per session

  • 1-on-3 Training: $50 per person, per session

Step 3: Unlimited Group Training Membership
Once you've completed fundamentals, join our unlimited monthly training program where you can attend any speed & agility or strength training class that fits your schedule. Choose the membership that works best for you:

$299/month plus one 1-on-1 session included

$250/month plus three 1-on-1 session included

Group training athletes can attend any class that fits their schedule. Individual and fundamental training sessions are scheduled separately.
